Larapinta Polo Open

The Larapinta Open is the preeminent polo tournament in Queensland.

Attracting the best polo players and ponies from across Australia, the tournament culminates on Sunday 10 September 2023, at the world-class Larapinta Equestrian Centre, just 40 minutes from Brisbane’s CBD.

Venue Overview

Corporate Marquee Options

We are pleased to release for sale 10 Corporate Marquees located on the high side of the main field, with elevated views. This year we
leave it to you to create a bespoke experience to entertain your clients in a private and personal environment.
All marquees will be 6x6m and will be able to accommodate 30 people each. For a capacity greater than 30, a number of marquees can
be joined together.

Enjoy your day at the polo by packing your own picnic rug or chair.

Walk between the two polo fields, browse the polo market and buy your lunch from the food trucks and public bar (no BYO alcohol).

Marquee for TRACTION

Individual tickets $200, 9:30am – 7:30pm

Revel in an exquisite field side Marquee which boasts uninterrupted views of the world class Larapinta Equestrian Centre and indulge in a beautifully prepared lunch by Three Girls Skipping. Cash bar available within the marquee, proudly supported by Cloudland.

This social marquee boasts a fresh springtime design, with live entertainment and prizes, it’s the experience your colleagues, clients and friends have been waiting for.

Please note capacity for the Marquee for TRACTION is limited to 150 guests, and all proceeds raised on the day will support TRACTION’s youth mentoring programs.

Lunch service included with a cash bar available from 11:30 am until 5:00 pm.

CARBOOT PICNIC

Hill side premium $130

Flat side $100

Pull up in your your reserved Car Boot Picnic Space along the hill side of the field.

Bring your own lunch, visit the food trucks or order a delcious picnic to collect on the day.

Car Boot Picnic Spaces are 4m wide (field frontage) 6m deep, allowing space for seating or a small pop up marquee in front and your vehicle behind

GA tickets are required for all guests (can be purchased at any time)
One vehicle is permitted per space – additional parking is available at the event in the public car park.

Maximum of 10 guests per car boot space (please book multiple car boot spaces for larger groups and note if multiple bookings are to be adjoining)
