Liability waivers will be emailed out to all riders, this must be handed in before your lesson. No form -> No ride

Ground fees must be purchased for every horse nominated for the clinic. Entries will not be accepted unless ground fees are paid for.

All riders MUST be EQ or EA members to participate at this event.

REFUND POLICY

1.         No refunds after initial close of entries (03/04/2023) – unless waitlist is created

2.         Refunds prior to the close of entries will be less  1.5% administration fee.

3.         If the event is cancelled or postponed, there will be a 15% administration fee withheld from nominations.

4.         Refunds for stabling & camping

5.         Substitutions of horse and rider will be considered up until the Friday prior
